Welcome to Nicaragua Airport Transfers. By booking our private transportation services through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Reservation
All reservation requests are subject to availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received and an official confirmation has been sent by Nicaragua Airport Transfers.
2. Payment Policy
To secure your vehicle and assigned driver, a 10% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking via PayPal.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, driver assignment, vehicle scheduling, and blocks availability exclusively for your service.
The remaining balance must be paid directly to your driver in Cash (USD or Nicaraguan Córdobas) unless another payment method has been agreed in advance.
3. Reservation Changes
One complimentary modification of your pickup date or time is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service and is subject to vehicle availability.
If your travel plans change, please contact us as early as possible so we can assist you.
4. Flight Monitoring
We monitor all incoming flights to Managua International Airport (MGA) in real time.
If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional charge.
If your airline changes your flight number or arrival date, please notify us immediately.
For better coordination, we kindly ask that you send us a WhatsApp message when boarding your flight. This helps us monitor your arrival and respond quickly to any delays, diversions, or last-minute schedule changes.
5. No-Show Policy
Airport Pickups
Our driver will wait up to 90 minutes after your flight lands.
If you experience delays due to immigration, customs, or baggage claim, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
If we do not receive any communication within 90 minutes after landing, or if you leave the airport without contacting us, your reservation will be considered a No-Show, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Hotel & Private Address Pickups
For hotel or private address pickups, our driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If no communication is received after 30 minutes, the reservation will be considered a No-Show.
6. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Customers are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers, luggage, and any special equipment.
Surfboards, oversized luggage, bicycles, or other large items must be declared during the reservation process to ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.
7. Passenger Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers:
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Nicaragua Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger’s behavior compromises safety. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
8. Service Includes
Every private transfer includes:
- Private vehicle exclusively for your reservation.
- Professional driver.
- Flight monitoring.
- Airport Meet & Greet service.
- Door-to-door transportation.
- No additional waiting charges for airline delays.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation, Nicaragua Airport Transfers is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, demonstrations, airline disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
